Rick Goings, CEO of Tupperware, joined HuffPostLive at the World Economic Forum In Davos Wednesday to discuss the need to redefine success in modern society.
Goings talked specifically about the Third Metric, Arianna Huffington's effort to redefine success beyond power and money. "It's not just about money," Goings said. "That isn't the definition of success."
Goings also discussed Tupperware's efforts to empower women globally, saying he feels these women offer "underutilized potential" all around the world.
"We've leveraged this power and potential that others have overlooked," he said of his company "It's what has made our stock reach an all-time high. If someone asks me why, I say: 'Women.'"
